Modular Home Rendering and Design for Prefab Manufacturers and Dealers
Modular home design and rendering for every model in your catalogue
Modular home rendering is photoreal imagery of a factory-built house model, made from your drawings, or from our own concept design, before the first unit is built. We model each home once in 3D and produce every view the range needs: exteriors, interiors, finish options, 3D floor plans, virtual tours and marketing visuals.
-
Catalogue exterior views
The hero shot of every model on its plot or in nature, at golden hour, at dusk or in snow, ready for the catalogue, the website and the dealer brochure. -
Furnished model interiors
Living areas, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms styled for the buyer you sell to, so a compact plan reads as a home, not a module; see our 3D interior rendering. -
Facade, cladding and colour options
The same model in every cladding, roof and window colour you offer, rendered from fixed cameras, so options fill a brochure page or a configurator; see how 3D product configurators work. -
3D floor plans for every model page
Furnished 3D floor plans that show buyers how each layout lives, room by room, for the floor plan page of every model, the catalogue and the dealer kit; see our 3D floor plan rendering. -
Tiny homes, cabins, ADUs and container homes
Compact units, A-frames, backyard ADUs, container homes and glamping cabins shown at their real scale, with the deck, the view and the people that make a small footprint feel generous. -
Modular communities, townhomes and site plans
Aerial and street views of modular communities, townhomes, build-to-rent and multifamily projects, with roads, plots and planting resolved for plot sales and design review; see our aerial rendering service. -
Walkthroughs and virtual tours
A virtual tour of the model home before it stands on any lot, and short walkthrough films for the launch, the website and social ads, built on the same model as the stills; see 3D architectural animation. -
Modular home marketing visuals
Images and clips for every channel of a model launch: website model pages, catalogue and brochure spreads, social media posts and Reels, ad banners and a promo video. We make the visuals; your marketing team or agency runs the campaigns.
Every view can help. Which ones you need depends on where the model is sold.
Which views to order is a late decision. What comes first is where the images have to work: a printed catalogue, a dealer lot, a configurator, an investor deck, a design review board or a launch campaign. We start there, not with a render list, and come back with a plan for each model in the range.

Most studios sell you renders. We work out what will actually move your project forward.
Ask a rendering studio what you need and you get a quote for renders. We start from the outcome you are paid for: a committee that signs off, enquiries on a scheme that does not exist yet, a buyer who stops comparing, an investor who commits.
Send one email and our 3D strategist replies with a commercial plan for the project: what to show, to whom, in what order, where it goes to work, and what it takes. The list of deliverables is the end of that plan, not the beginning.
Free, and yours to keep even if you never work with us.
Thank you – your request has been sent.
Our 3D strategist is reading the project now and will write back with the plan: what to show, to whom, and in what order.

Modular, prefab and cabin projects we have rendered
Our modular home portfolio is a set of real projects rendered from drawings before construction: a modular housing brand, a customisable prefab maker and an off-grid modular village, plus the cottage communities, cabins and timber homes that factory-built houses compete with for the same buyers.

Free guide: the 6 images that sell a house off-plan, and the 9 nobody sees
The developers behind the logos above sell homes before a brick is laid, and a short set of images does the selling. In our composite of a typical residential rendering order, fifteen images were bought, six carried the listing and $3,800 went on pictures nobody looked at. The guide shows which six sell an off-plan house, how to brief each one and what to do with the budget you free.

Modular Home Rendering Challenges We Solve
-
01 Happened to us
Buyers think modular means cheap
Many buyers still picture boxes and trailers, so a well-designed factory home is judged before anyone opens the floor plan.
Our fixWe light, furnish and place each model like a custom home, with real materials and a real setting, so the design is judged on its merits.
-
02 Happened to us
The model is not built yet
A new house model has to sell before the prototype leaves the factory, and photos of a show home arrive months too late.
Our fixWe build the house in 3D from factory drawings and render it photoreal, so the catalogue launches with the model, not after it.
-
03 Happened to us
Every option multiplies the render count
Claddings, roofs, window colours and layouts produce hundreds of combinations, far more than any budget can render one by one.
Our fixWe render options from fixed cameras on one model; for one modular housing brand the work ran hourly without re-quoting and moved to a 12-month subscription.
-
04 Happened to us
Every dealer shows a different picture
When each dealer and builder makes its own images, the same model looks different on every lot and website.
Our fixWe supply one dealer kit per model in a consistent look, so the brand reads the same wherever the home is sold.
-
05 Happened to us
Investors and planning boards judge a picture
A new prefab brand raises money and a modular community goes to zoning or an HOA before a single home exists, and drawings convince neither room.
Our fixWe render the product and the site as buyers will see them, for the investor deck, the lender and the design review; permit drawings stay with your architect.

Modular home visuals by product stage
What a modular home needs from renders changes with its stage. The first views test the design and help raise money, later ones fill the catalogue, pass design review and run the launch, so we scope the set to the decision in front of you.
The 3D model built for the first stage is reused for the next, so each new set costs less than starting over.

Why Choose Us
A Reliable Team for Modular Home Visualization
A reliable modular home visualization team is one that can render a single new model in days and a full range for years. From one hero view to a catalogue with options, dealer kits and film, we keep the design accurate and the look consistent across the range.
- 01
30+ in-house specialists
A larger team means fewer production risks. A new model keeps moving when the design changes late.
- 02
Parallel production teams
Exteriors, interiors, options, aerials and animation run side by side, so a full model set is ready for the same launch.
- 03
Dedicated project manager
One person knows your range, your drawings and your release dates, so you never re-explain the product line.
- 04
Immediate production start
We keep capacity on standby, so modelling starts as soon as the factory drawings are in.
- 05
A product look, not a one-off
Cameras, light and styling are fixed per series, so every model in the catalogue looks like part of one brand.
- 06
One model for every option
The house built for the first view carries every cladding, colour, season and film you add later.

FAQ
Questions about modular home rendering
Didn’t find your question?
Ask it here. A producer replies within one business day — with an answer, not a sales call.
What is modular home rendering?
Modular home rendering is photorealistic 3D imagery of a modular, prefab, panelised or tiny home model, made from factory drawings before the first unit is built. Manufacturers, dealers and ADU companies use it for catalogues, websites, dealer kits, configurators and launch campaigns, and reuse one model for every option.
What do you need to start rendering a new house model?
Factory or architectural drawings, elevations and a floor plan are enough, or a Revit, SketchUp or CAD model if you have one. Add your finish schedule, the cladding and colour options and a few reference images for the mood. If the model is still a concept, we start from sketches and dimensions.
We have no finished design yet. Can you develop the house model?
Yes. In about half of our projects the client arrives with a brief, a sketch or a reference rather than finished drawings. We develop the concept of the model, its massing, facade and materials, render it for your go decision and hand the design to your architect or factory engineers for working drawings.
Can you render every cladding, roof and colour option?
Yes. We build the house once and render the options from fixed cameras, swapping materials on the same model. That keeps every variant consistent on a brochure page or option sheet and costs far less than new views. For live configurators we can prepare the views or the 3D assets.
Can you make 3D floor plans for every model in our catalogue?
Yes. From each floor plan we build a furnished 3D floor plan in one consistent style, so buyers compare layouts on your website, in the catalogue and in dealer kits. Option layouts, such as an extra bedroom or a garage, come from the same model at a small extra cost.
Do you render tiny homes, ADUs and cabins?
Yes. Compact units need the right scale more than any other home, so we show the deck, the view, the furniture and people, and buyers judge a small footprint as enough. Our portfolio includes A-frames, off-grid modular cabins, forest pods and small timber homes rendered before construction.
Why order renders and a virtual tour if we can film the model home?
A film or a Matterport tour needs a finished model home, while renders and a virtual tour exist months before it is built. They also show every option, every plot and every season from one 3D model, and dealers far from your show lot get the same tour as visitors.
Can you create marketing content for a modular home launch?
Yes. From the same 3D model we make website model pages, catalogue and brochure images, social media posts and Reels, ad banners and a promo video for the launch. We produce the visuals; the campaigns, media buying and targeting stay with your marketing team or agency.
Can we use your renders in an investor deck for a new prefab brand?
Yes. Startups and new modular brands use renders to show the product, its interiors and a first community before the factory line exists. One modular housing brand we rendered from an open brief kept working with us on a 12-month subscription as investors came in and its range grew.
Can you render a whole modular community?
Yes. From one site model we render aerial views, street views and individual plots, phase by phase, with roads, landscaping and amenities. Developers use them for planning, investor files and plot sales; each new phase is a new set of cameras on the same model, not a new project.
Can renders help with zoning, HOA or design review approval?
Yes, as visual support. Design review boards, HOAs and neighbours judge a modular community by how it will look, so we render street views, aerials and the homes in context. Permit drawings, engineering and state modular approval stay with your architect and factory; we work alongside them.
Can you handle the whole launch of a modular community, not just the renders?
Yes, for developers. Around one 3D model of the community we run the launch: naming and branding, renders and a flythrough, the project website, brochure and sales gallery materials, plus advertising and social media campaigns; see our real estate launch visuals. Sales and brokerage stay with your team.
How long does modular home rendering take?
A first exterior and interior set for one house model usually takes one to two weeks, depending on detail, options and revisions. A full catalogue with options, community views and animation runs in parallel teams around your launch date, and each next model in the series goes faster.
How much does modular home rendering cost?
It depends on the number of views and options, whether a 3D model exists, interior detail and whether animation is included. We quote each house model after seeing the drawings. If you are pricing the homes themselves, our guide to modular home costs covers that side.
