Everything exhibitors order for a trade show, from one 3D model

Trade show visuals are the renders, animations, videos, presentations and interactive 3D an exhibitor brings to an exhibition or expo: booth graphics, screen loops, a demo of a product that cannot be shipped, a deck for buyer meetings and posts that invite visitors to the stand. We make them all from one 3D model of your product.

  • Product shown in several colorways side by side, a photoreal 3D render for a launch catalog

Product renders for the catalog and booth graphics

Photoreal 3D renders for the show catalog, backwall graphics, flyers and the website, before the samples are made.
  • Trade show booth with a large LED screen showing an exploded animation of a medical ceiling module

Booth screen loops and LED wall content

Silent loops sized for your screens, totems and LED walls, so the product reads from across the aisle.
  • Robot arms working on a factory production line, a photoreal 3D render of equipment too large to ship to a stand

Animation of products you cannot ship

Trade show animation of machines too large, heavy or unfinished for the stand, shown working on the screen instead.
  • Transparent cutaway of a cylindrical hardware component on a black background, a 3D animation still

    Cutaways and exploded views

What happens inside the product, opened up layer by layer for engineers, buyers and distributors at the stand.
  • Printed catalog and a tablet presentation with 3D renders and exploded views of a medical ceiling module

Presentations and sales decks for meetings

A trade show presentation for buyer and distributor meetings, with the same renders and animation stills as the booth.
  • Five water bottles in different colors and lid finishes, a 3D configurator render lineup

Interactive 3D for the touch screen

A 3D configurator, a 360-degree product viewer or a virtual tour that visitors explore on a touch screen at the booth.
  • Bathroom brand exhibition stand with faucets, a freestanding bath and a shower enclosure, a 3D booth render

Exhibition stand design and booth renders

A stand concept around your product demo, approved in photoreal 3D before your stand builder starts.
  • Social media and messaging app screens with a product launch campaign, a 3D motion design still

    Pre-show teasers and social clips

Trade show marketing visuals: clips, posts and emails that announce the launch and book meetings before the show opens.

What to bring to the show depends on what a visitor has to understand in ten seconds.

A buyer walking the aisle gives your stand a few seconds: the screen loop has to stop him, the renders have to explain the product and the deck has to close the meeting. We plan the set of visuals around that path.

Booth screens and LED walls

Trade Show Video and Animation for Booth Screens and LED Walls

What makes a good trade show video for the booth screen?

A short silent loop that explains one idea from across the aisle: the product, what it does and why it is different, carried by motion and large captions instead of sound. We render it at the exact resolution of your screen or LED wall, so it stays sharp and readable at the show.

See the industrial valve animation

  • Silent by design Captions and motion carry the message on a loud show floor where booth audio is often restricted.
  • Sized for each screen Booth TVs, vertical totems and LED walls each get their own resolution and aspect ratio.
  • Demo, loop and cutdowns One animation becomes the screen loop, a longer demo for meetings and short clips for social media.

Cover of the guide on choosing between packshots, lifestyle scenes and a master product model

Free guide: one product, three ways to pay, and the one that cost $28,000

None of the brands above started with a forty-page specification. They started by choosing a route: packshots, lifestyle scenes or a master model for every colourway after. Bought still by still, one product's year of product rendering came to $28,000; from one master model, $10,520. The guide prices all three routes and shows which one fits your range.

Ready by your show date

Exhibition Visuals on a Deadline: What Is Ready in One to Six Weeks

We have a trade show in a few weeks. What can you still make in time?

From a full brief, the first render is ready in three to five working days and a set of five to eight renders in two to three weeks. A 30-second CGI loop takes two to four weeks, an AI video of the same length about a week, and an animation of up to a minute four to six weeks.

  • Stills first, motion next Renders for print and the deck arrive first, because the printer and the stand builder need them earliest.
  • Rush when the date is close A rush schedule can roughly halve the CGI times; we tell you on the first call what is realistic.
  • Two review rounds on the draft Plus one on the final, planned so the last fix lands before files ship to the hall.

Common problems before a trade show

Trade Show and Exhibition Visual Challenges We Solve

  • 01 Happened to us

The product is too big, heavy or unfinished to ship

A machine, a production line or a prototype cannot travel to the hall, and the stand ends up with a brochure and a photo.

Our fixWe build the product from CAD and show it working in animation and renders on the stand screens.

  • 02 Happened to us

The show date does not move

Marketing starts on the visuals a few weeks before the opening, and the video arrives after the stand is built.

Our fixWe plan back from your show date and deliver the stills first, then the loops, so nothing waits for the last file.

  • 03 Happened to us

A laptop video on a large LED wall

A film made for a website turns soft, cropped or unreadable on a booth screen or a custom LED wall.

Our fixWe render for the screen you have: its resolution, aspect ratio and the distance from which people watch.

  • 04 Happened to us

Stand, deck and screens look like three brands

The booth agency, the video studio and the sales team each make their own visuals, and nothing matches.

Our fixOne 3D model and one light and material set feed the booth graphics, the screens, the deck and the posts.

  • 05 Happened to us

Everything is forgotten after the show

The loop and the renders are used for three days and then sit in a folder until the next show.

Our fixWe cut the same scenes into social clips, website visuals and sales follow-ups while the leads are still warm.

Trade show visuals by show stage

Most exhibition visuals are ordered for one moment: the stand approval, the pre-show campaign, the booth build, the show days or the follow-up after it. The same 3D model serves every stage, so build it once and early.

For Pure Line we designed the exhibition stand and showed it in photoreal renders and 3D walkthroughs before the build, so the client approved the stand on screen.

Stand design

Exhibition Stand Design and 3D Booth Renders Before the Build

Can you design our exhibition stand, or do you only render it?

Both. We design the stand concept around your product demo and your goals for the show, present it in photoreal 3D renders for approval and hand the approved design to your stand builder, who produces and installs it. For Pure Line we turned a water filtration demo into a tasting bar at the heart of the stand.

See the Pure Line stand case

  • Concept around the demo Booth design starts from what visitors must try or see: layout, flow, the demo point, screens and graphics.
  • Approved in 3D before the build Management signs off on photoreal renders, not on a sketch, before the budget is spent.
  • What we do not do Fabrication, printing, shipping and installation stay with your stand builder; we work alongside them.

Choosing the format

Ship the Product, Film It or Show It in CGI: What Works at an Exhibition

Should we bring the real product, a filmed video or a 3D animation to the stand?

Bring the real product when it is small, finished and best understood by touch; show it in CGI when it is large, unfinished or works inside; use filmed footage for people and real installations. Most exhibitors combine a real sample, a CGI loop on the screen and renders in the graphics.

What are trade show visuals?

Trade show visuals are the renders, animations, videos, presentations and interactive 3D an exhibitor uses at an exhibition: booth graphics, silent loops for the screens, a demo of the product, a deck for meetings and posts before the show. We make them from one 3D model of your product.

What should we prepare for a trade show booth: renders, video or both?

Usually both: renders for the backwall graphics, the catalog and the deck, and a short silent loop for the booth screen. If your product cannot be shipped or works inside, add an animation; if visitors should explore it, add a touch-screen configurator.

How long before the show should we order trade show video and renders?

For animation, at least six weeks before the show. As a guide from a full brief, the first render takes three to five working days, a set of five to eight renders two to three weeks, a 30-second CGI loop two to four weeks and an animation of up to a minute four to six weeks.

A 30-second AI video can be ready within a week, and a rush schedule can roughly halve the CGI times. Tell us the show date and we say what is realistic.

Can you make a video for our LED wall or booth screens?

Yes. We render the loop at the resolution and aspect ratio of your screens, totems or LED wall, silent and readable from a distance, with a version for every screen on the stand.

Can you show a product that is too big to ship or not built yet?

Yes. We build the product from CAD, drawings or photos and show it working in animation and photoreal renders, so a machine, a production line or a prototype can be on your stand without shipping it.

See the robot arm we rendered and animated for exhibitions.

Do you design and build exhibition stands?

We design the stand concept and show it in photoreal 3D renders for approval; we do not fabricate, print, ship or install stands. We hand the approved design to your stand builder, agree with them which files they need for the build and can work with the builder you already use.

See the stand we designed for Pure Line.

Can you make a trade show presentation or sales deck?

Yes. We design the deck for buyer, distributor and investor meetings at the show with the same renders and animation stills as the stand, so the meeting looks like the booth. More on our presentation design service.

Can visitors explore our product in 3D on a touch screen at the booth?

Yes. We make a 3D configurator or a 360-degree product viewer that visitors rotate, open and change on a touch screen, and the same viewer can go on your website after the show. See our 3D product configurator.

Do you film at the trade show?

No, we do not shoot on site. We make the visuals in 3D and with AI tools before the show, and we can edit your own footage from the stand, the factory or customer interviews into one film with our CGI.

What do you need from us to start?

The show date, the list of screens and their sizes, and whatever you have of the product: CAD files such as STEP or FBX, drawings, photos or an old video. Your brand files and the stand layout help, but we can start without them.

Can we use the visuals after the show?

Yes. The same scenes become social clips, website visuals, a product page video and sales follow-ups. We plan the cutdowns together with the booth loop, so they are ready while the leads from the show are still warm.

Do you work with exhibit builders and event agencies under their brand?

Yes. We make renders, screen content and animation for agencies and exhibit builders as white label: the agency presents the work to its client and our studio stays in the background.
