Sports Facility Design and 3D Rendering
Sports complex design and rendering for every court, clubhouse and site view
Sports complex design visuals show a court, club or multi-sport facility as it will look before anything is built. Bring a site, a sketch or drawings: we work out the concept and the layout with you, build one 3D model and render every view your investors, council and members need. Gyms and fitness clubs have their own page: commercial gym design.
-
Padel, tennis and pickleball court design
Court design and court layout in 3D: surface, glass, fencing, lighting and run-offs to the sport’s dimensions, shown in play at midday and under floodlights, for new clubs, court builders and private estates. -
Sports complex site plans, layouts and flyovers
A 3D site plan and layout of the whole sports complex from above: courts, halls, fields, parking and landscape, plus a flyover video of the site, a golf hole or a stadium concept; see our aerial rendering service. -
Clubhouses and country club buildings
Clubhouse design visuals for racquet, golf and country clubs: arrival, terraces, pro shop and lounge in their landscape, with parking, paths and planting resolved. -
Pools and aquatic areas
Indoor pools, natatoriums and recovery areas of a sports or aquatic center, rendered from the same model as the courts; for standalone pools see our pool 3D rendering. -
Courts at hotels, resorts and private estates
Tennis and padel courts set into a real landscape or drone photograph, so owners, hotel operators and residential developers judge the court as part of the whole property. -
Sports facility marketing visuals
Marketing content for memberships and the opening from the same model: social media posts and vertical videos, ad creatives, a promo video for the grand opening, a founding-member presale page and a booking-site gallery.
Any of these can be right. The set you need depends on who has to say yes.
Which views to order is a late decision. What comes first is the decision the images have to win: a business plan and a lender, a permit and a city council, a founding-member presale or a court builder’s next proposal. We start there, not with a render list, and come back with a plan for what to show, to whom and in what order.

Most studios sell you renders. We work out what will actually move your project forward.
Ask a rendering studio what you need and you get a quote for renders. We start from the outcome you are paid for: a committee that signs off, enquiries on a scheme that does not exist yet, a buyer who stops comparing, an investor who commits.
Send one email and our 3D strategist replies with a commercial plan for the project: what to show, to whom, in what order, where it goes to work, and what it takes. The list of deliverables is the end of that plan, not the beginning.
Free, and yours to keep even if you never work with us.
Thank you – your request has been sent.
Our 3D strategist is reading the project now and will write back with the plan: what to show, to whom, and in what order.

Trusted by leading teams
Free guide: you order 12 images, publish 4 and pay $3,700 for the rest
Look at the logos above: none of those teams orders architectural rendering by the dozen. They start from where the building will be seen and let the image count follow. In our composite of a typical order, twelve views were bought, four were published and $3,700 went on images nobody used. The guide gives you the priced order, the place-by-place sizing list and the short brief to send instead.

Sports Facility Design and Rendering Challenges We Solve
-
01 Happened to us
A court plan does not sell a membership
Site plans and court layouts show dimensions and fencing, not the evening game, the lighting or the lounge that makes people sign up.
Our fixWe render courts in play at golden hour and under floodlights, with players and the clubhouse in view, so people decide on the experience.
-
02 Happened to us
Lenders cannot see the return in a business plan
A pro forma, a business plan and a stack of drawings do not show why players will choose this club over the one across town.
Our fixWe turn the plan into a short sequence of decisive views for the investor deck: arrival, courts, member areas and the whole site from above.
-
03 Happened to us
Surfaces, glass and lights are still open
Court surface, glass walls, fencing and floodlight positions must be chosen before procurement, and samples on a desk do not show them in play.
Our fixWe render the options side by side in day and evening light; for a private padel court in Bali, three surface candidates were signed off in one review.
-
04 Happened to us
Permits, councils and neighbors ask hard questions
Zoning boards, city councils and neighbors worry about floodlights, noise, parking and how a hall or dome sits on the street.
Our fixWe render accurate massing in its real context, from the street and from above, for the permit file and the hearing, so the discussion is about facts.
-
05 Happened to us
A court builder’s proposal looks like everyone else’s
Clients compare three quotes with the same catalog photos and pick the cheapest, because none of them shows their own site.
Our fixWe render your court system on the client’s plot from their drawings or a drone photo, so your proposal is the one they can already see.

Sports facility visuals by project stage
What a sports facility project needs from design visuals changes with its stage. Early views shape the concept and the business plan, later ones win permits and sell memberships before opening, so we scope the set to the decision in front of you.
The 3D model built for the first stage is reused for the next, so each new set costs less than starting over.

What is sports facility design and rendering?
Sports facility design and rendering is the concept, layout and photorealistic 3D imagery of a court, club, sports complex or stadium before it is built. Owners, developers, architects and court builders use it for business plans and investor decks, permits, membership presales, marketing and proposals.
I only have a site or an idea. Can you design the sports complex concept?
Yes. In about half of our projects there is no design yet, so we work out the concept with you: court count and layout, the clubhouse, parking and landscape, materials and lighting. You approve it on 3D views, and the same model then carries renders, flyovers and marketing content.
Do I need an architect, a designer or you?
For the concept and the visuals you need us; for permit and construction drawings, structure and engineering you need a licensed architect. We work well together: we can start before the architect is hired and hand over the layout, or follow the architect’s drawings to the line once they exist.
Can you render padel, tennis and pickleball courts accurately?
Yes. Court design follows your court layout and the sport’s standard dimensions: lines, net heights, run-offs, glass and mesh panels, fencing and floodlight masts. We render the surface you specify, from clay and acrylic to artificial turf, and can show several surface options side by side.
Can I use the renders in my business plan or investor deck?
Yes, that is one of the main uses. A sports complex business plan with a site view, the courts in play and the member areas is easier to fund than one with a floor plan alone. We size the views for the investor deck, the financing application and the presentation screen.
Will the visuals help with the permit, the city council and the neighbors?
Yes. For zoning boards, city councils and neighbor meetings we render accurate massing from the street and from above, floodlights at night and the parking in context. The views are built from the drawings, so they show what will be built, which is what a hearing needs.
Can you create sports facility marketing content: social media, ads and a promo video?
Yes. From the same 3D model we produce the marketing content for the launch: social media posts and stories, vertical videos for Reels and TikTok, ad creatives, a promo video for the grand opening and a founding-member presale gallery. The visuals are ours; your marketer or agency runs the campaign.
We build courts. Can you make renders for our proposals under our brand?
Yes. Court builders and manufacturers send us the client’s site plan or a drone photo and their court system; we render it on the client’s plot for the proposal or tender, white-label under your brand. Repeat systems get faster, because the court model is reused from job to job.
Can you make site plans, bird’s-eye views and flyovers of a whole complex, golf course or stadium?
Yes. A 3D site plan and aerial views show courts, halls, fields, parking and landscaping in one image, and a flyover video follows the site, a golf hole or a stadium concept. They can be set into your own drone photographs; see our architectural animation service for film formats.
How long does sports facility rendering take?
A few court or interior views usually take one to two weeks, depending on detail, whether a model exists and revisions. A private padel court set of eight angles took 18 days; larger packages with aerials and film run in parallel teams around your investor or launch dates.
How much does sports facility rendering cost?
The cost depends on the number of views, whether a 3D model already exists, the detail of courts and interiors, and whether aerials, animation or marketing content are included. We quote each project after seeing the site or drawings, so send them over and you get a fixed quote, not a price list.
