Spa and Wellness Center Design and 3D Visualization for Recovery Clubs, Day Spas and Bathhouses
Spa design and wellness center interior design, shown in 3D from the reception to the cold plunge
Spa design, or wellness center design, is the layout, interiors, materials, light and guest journey of a spa or recovery club, decided before the contractor prices the build-out. We design the spa or follow your architect’s model, build it once in 3D and render what each decision needs: the floor plan for the landlord, the rooms for your investors and the launch visuals that sell memberships before opening.

Spa concept and interior design
No designer yet? Send the floor plan of the space, photos and a few spas or wellness clubs you like. We propose the spa interior design, the palette, materials and lighting, and show them in 3D, so you choose the look of the club before anyone draws construction plans.
Spa layout and 3D floor plan
The spa layout on your square footage: the reception, treatment rooms, the thermal zone, the wet areas and the locker rooms, the guest route from dry to wet and from public to private, shown as a 3D spa floor plan from above before the walls go up.
Contrast therapy: sauna and cold plunge
Contrast therapy suites, saunas, steam rooms and cold plunges designed as one ritual: heat, cold, rest. Benches, plunge tubs, showers and the light in each room, so guests understand the circuit at a glance and members book it again.
Hyperbaric, red light and IV rooms
Recovery rooms for hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy beds, IV therapy chairs, compression and body assessment: equipment placed to scale, privacy, light and finishes that make medical-looking devices feel calm and premium.
Treatment and massage rooms
Massage rooms, facial and body treatment rooms and couples suites: the bed, storage, the sink, the light over the treatment and the view from the table, designed for the therapist’s workflow and the guest’s calm.
Wet areas, showers and locker rooms
Ritual showers, wash areas, steam, hammam and bathhouse spaces, locker rooms and vanities, with drainage, slip-safe floors and materials that still look good after years of water and heat.
Launch and marketing visuals
Spa marketing visuals before the doors open: images for the website, social media posts, ads, a brochure and a fly-through video, cut from the same 3D model, so you can sell memberships and packages while the club is still being built and long before spa photography is possible.
Which views you need depends on who has to say yes next.
Investors want the business, the landlord wants the floor plan, your team wants to see the rooms, future members want a reason to join. We start with the decision the images have to win, then design and render what that reader needs to see.

Most studios sell you renders. We work out what will actually move your project forward.
Ask a rendering studio what you need and you get a quote for renders. We start from the outcome you are paid for: a committee that signs off, enquiries on a scheme that does not exist yet, a buyer who stops comparing, an investor who commits.
Send one email and our 3D strategist replies with a commercial plan for the project: what to show, to whom, in what order, where it goes to work, and what it takes. The list of deliverables is the end of that plan, not the beginning.
Free, and yours to keep even if you never work with us.
Thank you – your request has been sent.
Our 3D strategist is reading the project now and will write back with the plan: what to show, to whom, and in what order.

Trusted by leading teams
Free guide: you order 12 images, publish 4 and pay $3,700 for the rest
Look at the logos above: none of those teams orders architectural rendering by the dozen. They start from where the building will be seen and let the image count follow. In our composite of a typical order, twelve views were bought, four were published and $3,700 went on images nobody used. The guide gives you the priced order, the place-by-place sizing list and the short brief to send instead.

Spa and Wellness Design Challenges We Solve
-
01 Happened to us
Investors fund a feeling nobody can see
A spa business plan is decided on numbers and a floor plan, and investors, partners and lenders cannot feel the calm of a club in a spreadsheet.
Our fixWe design the concept and render the reception, a signature therapy and the floor plan for the business plan and the investor meeting.
-
02 Happened to us
The free layout follows the equipment
A layout from a sauna, plunge or spa equipment supplier is built around the products on the quote, not around your members, your ritual or your brand.
Our fixWe design the spa independently of any equipment brand, then fit the saunas, plunges and devices you choose into it.
-
03 Happened to us
Wet areas fail quietly
A cold plunge in the wrong place, a steam room without a cool-down or a locker room in the guest flow costs comfort and members every day, and a 2D plan rarely shows it.
Our fixWe build the layout in 3D and walk it from the front desk to the plunge, dry to wet and public to private, before the build-out.
-
04 Happened to us
Twelve rooms that look like five brands
Every zone gets its own supplier, finish and lighting, and the club ends up feeling like a corridor of different businesses.
Our fixWe fix one palette and one lighting approach for the whole spa and carry it through every room in 3D.
-
05 Happened to us
Memberships sell before there are photos
A new club has no photos, reviews or members yet, and people decide whether to join from the website and social media.
Our fixWe render the spa for the website, the pre-sale campaign and social media, months before the first guest arrives.

Spa design and visuals by project stage
What a spa needs from design and renders changes with each step to the opening. Early views win investors and the landlord, later ones guide the contractor and fill the pre-sale campaign, so we scope each set to the decision in front of you.
The 3D model built for the first stage is reused for the next, so each new set costs less than starting over.
Free: the spa opening visuals roadmap
What to design and render from the empty space to the first guest, what each stage costs as a share of the budget, and what the 3D model carries over.

FAQ
Questions about spa design and wellness center 3D visualization
Didn’t find your question?
Ask it here. A producer replies within one business day — with an answer, not a sales call.
What does spa and wellness center design include?
Spa design covers the layout and the guest route, the reception, treatment and massage rooms, the thermal zone with saunas, steam and cold plunges, recovery rooms, wet areas and locker rooms, the interior design, materials and lighting. We design the spa or follow your architect’s plans and show it in photoreal 3D before the build-out.
We have a space and no designer yet. Can you design the spa?
Yes. Send the floor plan of the space or photos with dimensions, the treatments and therapies you want to offer and a few spa design ideas you like. We propose the layout and the interior, show them in 3D and refine them with you. About half of our projects start without a finished design.
Are you a spa architect?
No. We are a design and 3D visualization studio: we design the layout, the interior and the look of the spa and render them. We do not produce construction drawings, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or pool engineering or permit sets; your spa architect, engineer or contractor prepares those from the approved design, and we work alongside them.
Can you render our spa from the architect’s 3D model?
Yes. In our Miami wellness club case we rendered 18 views of a recovery club from the design team’s Rhino model and drawings. We take your model, CAD or PDF plans, check the zones and the equipment, then build the materials and the light. Our 3D interior rendering services page shows the formats.
Can you design a spa layout or floor plan?
Yes. We plan the reception, treatment rooms, the thermal and wet zones, locker rooms and staff areas on your square footage, with a clear route from dry to wet and from public to private, and show the spa floor plan in 3D from above, then at eye level. See our 3D floor plan rendering service for formats.
Why hire you when a sauna or equipment supplier draws the layout for free?
Sauna, plunge and spa equipment suppliers often draw a free layout, and it is a good place to start. We add an independent design built around your members and your ritual rather than a product quote, photoreal 3D instead of line drawings, and visuals you can use for investors, the landlord and marketing. We also work for suppliers white-label.
Can we use the renders in a spa business plan or for investors?
Yes, that is one of the most common uses. The reception, a signature therapy room and the floor plan show investors, partners or the bank what the club will feel like. We deliver them in the sizes your business plan and presentations need. We do not arrange financing.
Will the renders help with the landlord and the build-out?
Yes. A clear floor plan, the wet areas, finishes and a storefront view help the landlord and the building owner understand the fit-out you are asking for, and the approved 3D design gives your contractor a clear target. The lease and the technical drawings stay with you, your broker and your architect.
Can the renders help sell memberships before opening?
Yes. From the same 3D model we produce images for your website, social media posts, ads, a brochure and a fly-through video, so you can sell founding memberships and packages while the spa is still being built and a photo shoot is not yet possible. Your marketer or agency runs the campaign, and we deliver in the formats they ask for.
Which recovery and wellness zones do you design?
All the usual ones: contrast therapy with saunas and cold plunges, steam rooms and hammams, hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy, IV therapy and compression rooms, cryotherapy, float rooms, massage and treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, ritual showers and locker rooms. We place the equipment to scale and design the room around it.
Do you design med spas and aesthetic clinics?
Yes. Med spas led by a doctor or a nurse practitioner, with treatment rooms for injectables, lasers and skin care, belong to our clinic design work, together with medical offices and aesthetic clinics. Day spas and wellness clubs without a medical side are what this page is about.
Do you design hotel spas and recovery zones in gyms?
Yes. Spas in hotels and resorts are part of our hotel rendering work, and a recovery zone with a sauna and cold plunges next to a training floor is part of commercial gym design. This page is about spas and wellness clubs as a business of their own.
Do you render saunas, cold plunges and recovery equipment for manufacturers?
Yes. Product visuals of saunas, plunge tubs, hyperbaric chambers and red light beds for catalogs, websites and marketplaces are on our 3D product rendering page. Here we show your products inside a finished spa.
How long does a spa design project take?
It depends on whether we design the spa or follow your architect’s plans, on the number of rooms and views and on whether a video is included. We agree the schedule with you at the start and plan the sets around the lease, the build-out and the opening dates.
How much does spa design and rendering cost?
It depends on the size of the spa, whether we design the concept, the number of views and whether a video is included. We quote each project after seeing the floor plan or the model, so send them and you get a fixed quote.
