AI Video Ads and AI Commercials for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

AI video ads are short paid-social spots made with generative AI instead of a shoot: an AI actor, your product and a hook, built from a script and a storyboard. We produce them for brands, apps and agencies as 15–30 second ads in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, with captions, voiceover, music and editable project files.

AI video ads and AI UGC-style spots we produce

Our AI commercial production covers the hook, the script, an AI cast that stays the same in every shot, the generated footage, voiceover, captions, licensed music and the edit. One brief gives you a set of ads and their variations for every placement, not a single clip.

  • AI UGC-style ads

Creator-style ads in which an AI actor talks to camera, unboxes or uses the product, built around a hook in the first two seconds and framed like a phone video, not a studio spot.
  • Model holding a green supplement jar next to her face, a product visual for a beauty and wellness brand

    AI actors and consistent characters

One AI actor or a small cast chosen for your audience, from people in their twenties to people in their sixties, kept identical across every ad, angle and season, without casting days or reshoots.
  • Cinematic AI commercials

15–30 second brand spots with a story, locations and light a shoot would struggle to afford, directed shot by shot from an approved storyboard.
  • AI product ads

Your product in the hands of the cast and in its world, anchored to real product photos or our 3D model, so the logo, shape and colour stay the ones you sell.
  • Phone with a chat app screen rising out of blue light, a frame from an app launch film

    App and subscription ads

Ads for mobile apps and subscription services that show your real app screens on the phone in the actor’s hand, with the main benefit in the first seconds and a clear call to download.
  • 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 cuts for every placement

Vertical 1080 × 1920 versions for Reels, Stories and TikTok, square and 4:5 for the feed and widescreen for YouTube, with captions kept clear of the platform buttons.
  • Voiceover, captions and licensed music

An AI voice or a voice actor you approve, burned-in captions for viewers who watch with the sound off and music licensed for paid advertising.
  • Two phones showing social media posts for a wellness club opening, a set of ad creatives

Hook and angle variations for A/B tests

Several openings, offers, actors and end cards cut from the same footage, so your media buyer gets fresh ad creatives to test without paying for a new production each time.

Any of these can work. The ad you need depends on where it runs and what it has to sell.

The format is a late decision. First comes the job of the ad: install an app, sell a product, test a new angle or warm up a cold audience. We start there and come back with hooks, a script, a cast and a plan for every placement.

Cover of the guide comparing a product launch shoot with CGI production for agencies

Free guide: one launch, shot or built in CGI, came out $18,880 apart

The agencies and brands in the row above rarely send us a shot list. They send CAD, a colour list and an air date, and we build the product once. We priced one launch both ways: shot with samples, crew and a reshoot, $28,600; built in CGI, $9,720. The guide shows every line, what a late colour change does to your margin and when a camera still wins.

Who orders AI video ads

Who orders AI video ads and what each team needs from them

A DTC brand, an app and a performance agency order the same 20-second ad for different reasons. Here is what each of them needs from AI ad production.

  • CGI render of a LARQ water filter pitcher on a white background

    E-commerce and DTC brands

Need fresh ads every week because creatives burn out. We produce batches of UGC-style and product ads from one cast and one product set.

Get the playbook for this role
  • Woman in a bathrobe reading a smart notification from a health app on her phone

    Mobile apps and subscription services

Need installs and trials from cold audiences. We put your real app screens into ads with an AI actor who looks like your user, for fitness, health, finance and lifestyle apps.

Get the playbook for this role
  • AI-generated model in sunglasses and a racing jacket on a Paris street

    Beauty, fashion and wellness brands

Need the product on a face, in a routine or in a new outfit every season. We keep one AI model and one look across every ad and every still.

Get the playbook for this role
  • Athlete drinking from a shaker bottle in a bright gym

    Fitness, sport and nutrition brands

Need training and results shown by people the audience trusts, from a young athlete to someone in their fifties getting back into shape. We build those characters and keep them consistent.

  • AI still of a bright yacht salon with a white sofa and sea views

    Performance and creative agencies

Need an AI production team without hiring one. We work white-label to your hooks, angles and testing plan, as we did for an Italian production company on an AI brand film.

Common AI ad problems

AI Video Ad Production Challenges We Solve

  • 01 Happened to us

The actor changes from ad to ad

Generators give a slightly different face, body and voice in every clip, so a series of ads looks like five different people.

Our fixWe build one character sheet per actor and generate every shot from it, so the same person appears in every ad and every variation.

  • 02 Happened to us

It looks like AI in the first second

Waxy skin, broken hands and odd motion make viewers scroll past and trust the brand less.

Our fixWe keep shots short, check every frame, regenerate anything uncanny and frame UGC-style ads like a real phone video.

  • 03 Happened to us

The product is not the one you sell

Logos, packaging and app screens get redrawn by the model, so the ad shows a product that does not exist.

Our fixWe anchor shots to your real product photos or a 3D model and place real app screens instead of generated ones.

  • 04 Happened to us

One ad and nothing to test

A single finished spot gives the media buyer nothing to test, and a new shoot for every angle costs too much.

Our fixWe plan hooks, offers and end cards as variations from the start and cut them from the same footage.

  • 05 Happened to us

Music and voice you cannot run in ads

Trending tracks and uncleared voices get ads muted, rejected or taken down after launch.

Our fixWe use music licensed for paid advertising and voices cleared for commercial use, and deliver the licence terms with the files.

How AI video ad production works, step by step

Every AI ad set we make goes through the same five steps. The hooks, the scripts and the AI cast are approved before any footage is generated, so changes stay cheap.

For the brand film of an Italian design house, a 36-shot storyboard became 36 approved stills before a single clip was animated; ad sets follow the same order.

Why Choose Us

A CGI Studio Behind Your AI Video Ads

We came to AI video from photoreal 3D rendering and animation, so an AI ad gets the same checks as a render: the product is exact, the cast is consistent and every frame is looked at by a person.

  • 01

    350+ clients since 2016

Brands, startups and agencies in the US, the UK, Europe, the Gulf and Australia work with our London studio.

  • 02

    Directed, not prompted

Hooks, scripts and the AI cast are approved before generation, so the ads are planned rather than discovered.

  • 03

CGI when the product must be exact

If a generator cannot hold your product, we model it in 3D and let AI handle the people and the world around it.

  • 04

    One cast across the campaign

The same AI actors, wardrobe and light run through every ad, every variation and every still.

  • 05

    Dedicated project manager

One person knows your brand, your launch date and every ad, so you never re-explain the project.

  • 06

    Files you can re-cut

Masters, cutdowns and editable project files come with the ads, so your team can change a caption or an offer later.

Questions about AI video ads

Got it — thank you. Expect an answer in your inbox within one business day.
What are AI video ads?

AI video ads are short ads for paid social made with generative AI instead of a camera crew, the video side of AI advertising. A team writes the hook and the script, designs an AI actor, generates and animates each shot, then adds voiceover, captions and music and cuts versions for every placement. People direct the ad; AI renders the frames.

How is an AI ad studio different from an AI ad generator like Creatify or Arcads?

A generator gives you a template clip from a product link; a studio gives you a planned ad set. We write the hooks, design a cast that stays the same across every ad, keep your product and app screens real, regenerate weak takes and deliver edited masters, variations and project files. You get one accountable team, not a prompt box.

Can you make UGC-style ads with AI actors?

Yes. We create creator-style ads in which an AI actor talks to camera, shows the product or the app and reacts like a real customer, framed like a phone video. We do not copy real creators or real people’s faces; every actor is generated for your brand.

Will the same AI actor appear in all our ads?

Yes. We build a character sheet for each actor and generate every shot from it, so the face, body and wardrobe stay the same across the ads, the variations and the stills. In our AI model visualization case, one generated model carried a whole campaign of portraits, outfits and locations.

Can you make one ad concept for different age groups?

Yes. We build a separate AI cast for each audience, for example women in their twenties focused on training and women in their forties and fifties getting back into fitness, and cut the same concept for each. Every cast stays consistent across its own series of ads.

Can you show our real app screens in the ad?

Yes. We place your real app screenshots or screen recordings on the phone in the actor’s hand and in full-screen inserts, so the ad shows the product people will download. We do not generate app screens, because a model invents features your app does not have. For an app launch film or an app store promo video, see product launch video production.

Do the ads come with voiceover, captions and music?

Yes. Each ad comes with voiceover from an AI voice or a voice actor you approve, burned-in captions for viewers who watch with the sound off, and music licensed for paid advertising. The licence terms are delivered with the files, so the ads are not muted or taken down after launch.

What formats and sizes do you deliver?

Vertical 9:16 at 1080 × 1920 for Reels, Stories, TikTok and Shorts, square 1:1 and 4:5 for the feed and 16:9 for YouTube, usually 15–30 seconds each. Every ad also comes as an editable project file, so your team can change a caption, a price or an end card later.

Which AI tools do you use, and can you work in Higgsfield?

We choose the image, video and voice models shot by shot for the look the ad needs, and we can work in the platform your team prefers, including Higgsfield, Google Veo, Kling and Runway. The tool matters less than the direction: the script, the cast sheet and the frame-by-frame checks.

Do you run the ad campaigns too?

No. We produce the ads and their variations; your media buyer, in-house team or agency runs the campaigns on Meta, TikTok and YouTube. We plan the variations with them, so the hooks and angles we cut are the ones they want to test.

Can AI-generated ads run on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok?

Yes. Meta and TikTok accept AI-generated ads, and each platform has its own rules on labelling realistic AI content and on misleading claims. We keep ads free of real people’s likenesses and unsupported claims, and your team applies any label the platform asks for when it uploads the ad.

Should we choose AI video ads or a brand film?

Choose AI video ads when you need several 15–30 second spots to test and refresh on paid social. Choose a brand film when one longer story has to carry the brand, a launch or a trade show. For films of 60 seconds and longer, see our AI video production service.
