White-Label Real Estate Rendering for Marketing and Presale Agencies
Everything a real estate agency resells, produced under your brand
White-label 3D rendering for real estate marketing agencies means a production studio makes the renders, aerials, floor plans, 360° tours, unit selectors and films for your developer clients, and your agency delivers them as its own work. We build one 3D model per project, so every format matches and the next phase costs less.

Exterior and streetscape marketing renders
Photoreal exteriors and street views of condos, townhomes and mixed-use buildings for the project site, signage, brochures and ads.
Interior and staged model-unit renders
Single rooms and open-plan living, kitchen and dining spaces staged to the developer's finish schedule, so buyers see the unit before it is built.
Lobby and amenity renderings
Lobbies, gyms, rooftops, pools, coworking and lounges: the amenity views that carry a presale or lease-up campaign.
Aerials, site perspectives and 360° rotating aerials
Elevated site views with the surroundings and an interactive aerial the buyer rotates, with clickable buildings and units on top of it.
Furnished 2D and 3D floor plans
Unit plans furnished and styled to match the renders, delivered for the brochure, the website and the unit selector.360° interior tours and 3D apartment tours
Interior tours buyers walk through on the website or in the sales gallery, delivered without our player branding.
Interactive sales gallery and unit selector
Building, floor and unit selector with availability, floor plans and tours, on the project website or a sales gallery touch screen.Flythroughs and walkthrough films
Short films of the planned building and spaces for the project website, social media, leasing presentations and the launch event.
What to sell your developer first depends on the presale date, not on the price list.
A presale agency is judged on the launch: the website, the sales gallery and the first ads must be ready together. We plan the set of visuals back from that date and from what the developer has to approve.

White-Label Real Estate Rendering for Marketing and Presale Agencies
Most studios quote you renders. We plan the whole launch package your agency sells.
Ask a render studio and you get a price per view. We start from your client's project: the presale date, what the developer must approve, which channels open first and what the sales gallery needs.
Send one email and our producer replies with a plan: which renders, aerials, plans, tours and films to make, in what order, and what is realistic before the launch.
Free, and yours to keep even if you never work with us.
Thank you – your request has been sent.
Our producer is reading your request now and will write back with the plan: what to make for your client's launch, in what order and by when.
Under your brand
How White-Label Real Estate Rendering Works Under Your Agency Brand
Will the developer ever see that a studio made the visuals?
No. We produce the renders, plans, tours and films as your agency's production team: no logo, watermark or credits on any file, files named to your convention and delivered to your folders, and no contact with your client unless you ask us to join a call.
- No logo, watermark or credits Renders, films, plans and tour players carry only your agency's or the developer's brand.
- Your domain Tours and the unit selector can run on your or the developer's domain.
- Your tracker and naming We take briefs and report status in your production tracker or sheet.

Free guide: a show flat or a CGI launch set, priced $179,080 apart
The developers in the row above come to us before there is anything to photograph: drawings, a finishes schedule and a sales date. We priced one launch both ways. A show apartment, marketing suite and photography came to $196,740; a real estate rendering set from one 3D model, $17,660. The guide shows every line, the weeks each route takes and when a show flat still earns its place.

Virtual Sales Galleries Under Your Brand: 360° Aerial, Unit Selector and Tours
Can you build the whole interactive sales gallery, not only the renders?
Yes. Per project we deliver the 360° rotating aerial with clickable buildings and units, the apartment selector with floor plans and availability, 360° interior tours, marketing renders and furnished plans: the aerial opens the selector, and the selector opens the plans and tours, on the project website and the sales gallery touch screen.
- Linked, not scattered The aerial leads to the selector, the selector to plans and tours, instead of five separate links.
- Hosted where you want On your agency's or the developer's domain, without our branding.
- Touch screen and website The same gallery runs in the sales center and on the project site.
Common problems of agencies reselling visuals
White-Label Real Estate Rendering Problems We Solve for Agencies
-
01 Happened to us
Our name shows up in your client's files
A logo in the tour player, a watermark on a frame or a studio name in the file metadata, and the developer starts calling the supplier directly.
Our fixNo logo, watermark or credits anywhere; files named to your convention and tours hosted on your domain.
-
02 Happened to us
Three suppliers per project, three styles
Renders from one studio, tours from another and floor plans from a freelancer, and the presale materials look like three projects.
Our fixOne team and one 3D model for renders, aerials, plans, tours, selector and film.
-
03 Happened to us
Three launches land in the same month
The studio that was fine on one project misses dates when your agency wins several developers at once.
Our fixA manager and artists assigned to your agency, so volume grows without a new onboarding each time.
-
04 Happened to us
Images that do not match the drawings
Fast AI images change the facade, the unit count or the balconies, and the developer cannot approve them.
Our fixWe model from the plans, elevations and finish schedules, and keep the work fully in CGI when your client requires it.
-
05 Happened to us
Endless revisions eat the margin
The scope is a list of views with no limit on rounds, so your fixed fee to the developer turns into a loss.
Our fixTwo review rounds on the draft and one on the final, agreed per view before production starts.

White-label visuals by project stage
An agency usually sells the developer one stage at a time: the pitch, the pre-launch, the presale, the lease-up or sales push, and the next phase. The same 3D model serves every stage, so build it once and early.
For a 300-unit condo project in Canada we rendered the lobby, gym, coworking and lounge amenities that the presale was built around.

Pre-launch
Before the presale: exteriors, streetscapes, aerials and amenity renderings for the project website, signage and the first ads.
Presale
Presale launch: the interactive sales gallery with a 360° aerial, clickable unit overlays, furnished floor plans and 360° tours.
Lease-up
Lease-up and sales push: walkthrough films, social cutdowns and leasing presentation visuals for buyers and renters.
Next phase
Construction and next phases: updated views from the same 3D model for buyer updates, phase two and the next development.
Pricing
How White-Label Real Estate Rendering Is Quoted for Agencies
White-label real estate rendering cost depends on the project size, the number of views, the interiors and amenities, the tours and the selector, the film length and how close the presale is. We quote a fixed price per project after a short brief.
Per Project
A fixed price for one development, scoped by its size, the views, plans, tours and film.
Best for: One presale or lease-up package with a clear scope and launch date.
Hourly Most Popular
Pay for the hours spent, from extra views to updates of an existing model.
Best for: New views, revisions after a design change or the next phase of a project we built.
Subscription
Monthly production capacity booked in hours, with the same team on your account.
Best for: Agencies with several developer launches a year that need steady volume.
Why Choose Us
Why real estate agencies resell our rendering as their own
From one test view to every launch your agency runs, we stay invisible to your client, keep one style across projects and plan back from the presale date.

Invisible to your client
No logo, watermark or credits; we never contact the developer unless you ask us to.

- 03
Your tools and your file names

Choosing the package
One Package per Development: Renders, Film or a Full Interactive Sales Gallery
Which white-label package should our agency sell the developer?
Sell marketing renders when the developer needs the website, signage and brochure; add film when the launch runs on video and social media; sell the full interactive sales gallery when there are many units to sell off-plan. All three come from one 3D model, so a client can start small and upgrade.
| Marketing renders | Renders and film | Full interactive sales gallery | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What is included | Exteriors, interiors, amenities, aerial, floor plans | Renders plus a flythrough or walkthrough film and social cutdowns | Renders, film, 360° rotating aerial, unit selector and 360° tours |
| Best for | Website, signage, brochure and first ads | Launch campaign, leasing presentations and social media | Presale with many units and a sales center |
| Where it runs | Print and web files for your designers | Video files in every format your channels need | Your or the developer's domain and the sales gallery screen |
| Next phase | New views from the same model | New scenes cut into the same film | Availability and phases updated in the same gallery |

FAQ
Questions about white-label real estate rendering for agencies
Didn’t find your question?
Ask about your client's project, the presale date or how white label works with us. A producer replies within one business day, with an answer, not a sales call.
What is white-label real estate rendering?
White-label real estate rendering is 3D visualization made by a production studio for real estate marketing agencies and delivered by your agency as its own work: renders, aerials, floor plans, 360° tours, unit selectors and films for your developer clients, with no studio name on the files. Your agency keeps the client, the brand and the margin.
For the in-house versus outsourcing question, see our guide on how to outsource 3D rendering.
Will our client see your studio name anywhere?
No. We put no logo, watermark or credits on renders, films, tours or plans, name the files to your convention and do not contact your client unless you ask us to. The developer sees your agency as the producer.
Can the tours and the unit selector be hosted on our domain?
Yes. We can hand over the 3D tour and the apartment selector to run on your agency's or the developer's domain and storage, without our branding, and hand over the tour and selector files together with the renders. See our interactive apartment selector and 3D virtual tours.
Can you make a 360° rotating aerial with clickable units?
Yes. We make an interactive aerial of the whole project that the buyer rotates, with clickable buildings and units on top that open the floor plan, the tour or the availability. It becomes the first screen of the online sales gallery.
What do you need from us to start a project?
Architectural plans and elevations, or CAD, Revit or ArchiCAD files, the finish and material schedule, the developer's brand guidelines and your art direction for each view. If the project is already set up in V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape or Twinmotion, send the scene and we take it from there.
How many revision rounds are included, and how long does a set take?
Two review rounds on the draft and one on the final for each view. As a guide from a full brief, the first render takes three to five working days, a set of five to eight views two to three weeks and an animation of up to a minute four to six weeks; we give tour dates after the brief.
Do you use AI, or is everything modelled and rendered in 3D?
We choose per project between full CGI from a 3D model, AI, or CGI with AI used only for elements you approve, such as planting or people. When your client requires everything modelled and rendered in 3D, we work only in CGI and say so in the scope.
Who owns the 3D models and images?
We agree the transfer of rights in the contract. On request we transfer exclusive commercial rights to the finished models together with the source files, so your agency can reuse them for the next phase or another supplier.
Will you sign an NDA, and do you show white-label work in your portfolio?
Yes, we sign your NDA, and work under NDA never appears in our portfolio. Without an NDA we still do not show a project if you ask us not to; the terms are agreed before the start.
Can you work in our production tracker and file system?
Yes. We work in your tracker or production sheet, take briefs by row, name files to your convention, upload to your folders and update the status there. We can also work remotely inside your pipeline or a cloud machine you provide.
Can we keep the same team for every project?
Yes. We assign a manager to your agency, and often the same artists or a whole team, so each new development starts with people who already know your style and your clients.
What software do you render in, and can you open our scenes?
We render mainly in 3ds Max with Corona, and also in D5, Unreal Engine, Twinmotion and Blender. We accept scenes and models from Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion and Enscape projects, convert them and finish the views in our pipeline.
How do you price white-label work for agencies?
We quote a fixed price per project after a short brief, scoped by the views, plans, tours, selector and film; extra views and updates go hourly, and agencies with steady volume book a monthly subscription. Typical market rates are in our 3D rendering pricing guide.
Do you do a test image before we commit?
We agree it on the first call. Depending on the project we make one or several test views for free or as a small paid job on your real brief, so you judge the quality before the first launch.
Test Frame
Start With a Test Frame on Your Agency's Real Brief
Judge our quality on your own project before you commit: send the drawings and the art direction for one view, and on the first call we agree whether the test is free or a small paid job.
We reply by email within one business day with what we need for the test frame and the next steps. By submitting, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
