SketchUp Rendering Services: Photorealistic Renders, Animation and 360° Tours From Your Model
SketchUp Rendering Services: What We Make From Your Model
One prepared scene from your SketchUp model gives still renders, a walkthrough film and 360° panoramas. We plan it for every format you need from the first brief, so each new view starts from work already done.

Photorealistic renders from your .skp file
The SketchUp model you designed in becomes an image that reads as a photo: physical materials, sun or evening light, people and planting, in 4K for presentations, websites and listings. Your geometry stays exactly as drawn.
Exterior renders of houses and buildings
Facades, gardens, aerial views and dusk shots from your SketchUp model, for client approval, planning packs, websites and pre-sales brochures.
Interior renders for designers
Living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, restaurants, shops and offices with the finishes, furniture and lighting you specified, rendered so the client signs off without guessing.
Kitchen, cabinet and joinery renders
Kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and built-ins from your SketchUp cabinet model, with real wood grain, stone and hardware. Whole kitchen ranges have their own page: kitchen rendering.
Walkthrough animation and flythroughs
A camera path through the house, the garden or the space, rendered as a 4K film from your SketchUp model. A film of up to a minute usually takes four to six weeks from a full brief.
360° panoramas and virtual tours
360 panorama renders of the key rooms, joined into a virtual tour that a client opens on a phone, a laptop or a VR headset. See 360° panorama rendering.
Not sure which views to order from your SketchUp model?
It depends on who has to say yes: a client, a planning officer, a buyer or an investor. Tell us who will see the images and where, and we come back with a shot list and a plan.

SketchUp Rendering Services
Most studios sell you renders. We work out what will actually move your project forward.
Ask a rendering studio what you need and you get a quote for renders. We start from the outcome you are paid for: a committee that signs off, enquiries on a scheme that does not exist yet, a buyer who stops comparing, an investor who commits.
Send one email and our 3D strategist replies with a commercial plan for the project: what to show, to whom, in what order, where it goes to work, and what it takes. The list of deliverables is the end of that plan, not the beginning.
Free, and yours to keep even if you never work with us.
Thank you – your request has been sent.
Our 3D strategist is reading the project now and will write back with the plan: what to show, to whom, and in what order.

Trusted by leading teams
Free guide: you order 12 images, publish 4 and pay $3,700 for the rest
Look at the logos above: none of those teams orders architectural rendering by the dozen. They start from where the building will be seen and let the image count follow. In our composite of a typical order, twelve views were bought, four were published and $3,700 went on images nobody used. The guide gives you the priced order, the place-by-place sizing list and the short brief to send instead.

SketchUp Rendering Problems We Solve Before the First Frame
-
01 Happened to us
The render still looks like SketchUp
Flat colours, no reflections and default shadows give the software away, and the client sees a model instead of a building.
Our fixWe replace every material with a physical one and light the scene like a photographer, so the image reads as a photo of the finished project.
-
02 Happened to us
A heavy or messy model
Reversed faces, overlapping geometry and hundreds of 3D Warehouse components crash render engines or show up as artefacts.
Our fixWe check and clean the model before rendering and keep your design, tags and components as you organised them.
-
03 Happened to us
No time to learn V-Ray, Enscape or D5
Rendering in-house means weeks of learning, a new graphics card and evenings spent on settings instead of design.
Our fixYou keep designing in SketchUp and we deliver the renders: a first draft still usually arrives 3–5 working days after a full brief.
-
04 Happened to us
AI renders change your design
AI render tools restyle the viewport: windows move, proportions drift and the furniture is not what you specified.
Our fixWe render your actual geometry and the products you chose, so the image can go to a client, a planning officer or a buyer.
-
05 Happened to us
Parts of the project are not modelled
The model stops at the walls: no site, no furniture, no planting and no neighbouring buildings.
Our fixWe model what is missing from drawings, photos and product links, so you do not have to finish the model first.

How a SketchUp rendering project runs, step by step
Every project goes through the same five steps, so you approve cameras and materials in draft before the final 4K render, and changes stay cheap.
Two rounds of revisions on the draft and one on the final are included.

Why Choose Us
Why Designers Send Us Their SketchUp Models
We are a rendering studio, not a plugin: people who light and compose images every day take your SketchUp model to the standard of a photograph, and you keep your time for design.
- 01
350+ clients since 2016
Developers, brands, manufacturers, architects and designers, from our studio in London.
- 02
A professional rendering pipeline
Stills in 3ds Max with Corona and animation in D5. Your .skp file comes in, a photoreal image goes out.
- 03
Your design kept as drawn
We do not restyle the project: geometry, proportions and the products you specified stay as in your model.
- 04
A concept when the design is not finished
In about half of our projects there is no finished design, so we can develop the interior concept and layout with you before rendering.
- 05
White-label on request
We work under your studio name and never contact your client.
- 06
A dedicated project manager
One person runs your project from brief to delivery and works to your time zone.
Check a start date for your SketchUp rendering project

Before rendering
What Happens to Your SketchUp File Before the First Render
A SketchUp model is built to design in, not to render: faces are often reversed, materials are flat colours and furniture comes from 3D Warehouse at mixed quality. Before the first frame we check and prepare the model in 3ds Max with Corona, so the render looks like a photograph and your design stays exactly as drawn.
- Your files in .skp models with saved scenes, plus DWG, PDF drawings, Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino, FBX or OBJ where part of the project lives elsewhere.
- Geometry check Reversed faces, gaps, duplicate and hidden geometry fixed; tags and components kept as you organised them.
- Physical materials SketchUp colours and textures replaced with PBR wood, stone, concrete, glass, fabric and metal at true scale.
- 3D Warehouse upgrades Low-detail furniture, decor and planting swapped for photoreal models, or modelled from your spec sheets.
- Light and sky Sun position for your site and orientation, HDRI sky, and evening and interior lighting set like a photo shoot.
- Cameras Eye-level cameras with real focal lengths and corrected verticals, matched to your SketchUp scenes when you have them.
- Missing parts modelled Site, landscape, kitchen units or furniture built from drawings, photos and product links.
- One scene, every output The prepared scene gives stills, a walkthrough film and 360° panoramas without starting again.
FAQ
Questions About SketchUp Rendering
Didn’t find your question?
Ask it here. A producer replies within one business day — with an answer, not a sales call.
What are SketchUp rendering services?
SketchUp rendering services turn a SketchUp (.skp) model into photorealistic images, animation or 360° panoramas made by a rendering studio rather than inside SketchUp. You send the model and references; we prepare the geometry, replace materials, light the scene and render the final images in 4K in 3ds Max with Corona.
Why not render it ourselves in V-Ray, Enscape or D5?
You can, if you have time to learn and tune them. Real-time tools like Enscape and D5 are quick for design checks. A studio render is for the images a client, a planning officer or a buyer will judge: exact geometry, physical materials and light set by people who do it every day. Our rendering software comparison covers the tools.
Is SketchUp AI Render enough for client presentations?
For early mood images, often yes; for final presentations, usually not. AI rendering restyles the viewport, so windows, proportions and furniture can drift away from your design. We render your actual model, so what the client approves is what you designed. Our AI rendering tools review compares the options.
What files should we send?
Send the .skp file, drawings or a PDF set, a list of materials and products with links or codes, and reference images for the mood. Saved SketchUp scenes help us match your cameras. Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino, DWG, FBX and OBJ files work too if part of the project lives there.
Do we need to clean up the SketchUp model first?
No. We check the model when it arrives, fix reversed faces and overlapping or hidden geometry, and replace low-detail 3D Warehouse components. Your design and the way you organised tags and components stay as they are, and we ask before changing anything that affects the design.
What if parts of the project are not modelled?
We model them. The site, furniture, planting, kitchen units or neighbouring buildings can be added from drawings, photos, product links or a sketch. If there is no design yet, we can develop the interior concept and layout with you first; working drawings stay with your architect or contractor.
Which software do you render SketchUp models in?
Our main still-image pipeline is 3ds Max with Corona, and walkthrough animation is rendered in D5. We also work in Twinmotion and Unreal Engine when a project needs real time. You do not need any of them: you send the SketchUp model, we send images and films.
Can you make a walkthrough animation from our SketchUp model?
Yes. We render walkthroughs and flythroughs of houses, interiors and developments from SketchUp models as 4K films. An animation of up to a minute usually takes four to six weeks from a full brief; see our architectural animation service.
How long does SketchUp rendering take?
A first draft of a still usually arrives 3–5 working days after a full brief, and a package of 5–8 views takes 2–3 weeks. Urgent projects can run about twice as fast for roughly 40% more.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions on the draft and one on the final are included. You mark the changes on the images: a material, a camera angle, a lamp or the time of day.
How much does SketchUp rendering cost?
It depends on the number of views, the size and detail of the scene and how much has to be modelled beyond your SketchUp file. Send the model and a shot list and we reply with a fixed quote; typical market ranges are in our 3D rendering pricing guide.
Can we hire your team under our studio name?
Yes. We work white-label for architects, interior designers and visualization studios: you present the renders to your client as your own, and we never contact the client.
