Fin Concept Film A Launch Film for an AI Support Agent

A self-initiated concept launch film for Fin, the AI agent for customer service by Intercom: 55 seconds of motion graphics and 3D device animation built from our own 43-frame storyboard, with an original soundtrack and a 4K master at 60 fps.

Client & Market Context

A Concept Film Without a Client Brief

This film was not commissioned. Fin, the AI agent for customer service by Intercom, became the subject of a self-initiated concept: a way to show founders and marketing teams of SaaS and AI companies how we launch a software product that lives on screens rather than on a shelf.

Launching a Product That Lives on Screens

A SaaS launch video for an AI agent has no box to unwrap and no device to turn in the light. The storyboard set four promises, and the film had to make each one visible in a few seconds.

Cover of the guide on planning a technical product animation shot by shot

Free guide: a 60-second explainer in 12 shots, and the 4 you can cut

You have just seen a machine, a device or a procedure shown rather than described. Doing the same in motion is a matter of planning shots, not polishing renders. Our composite 60-second explainer, priced shot by shot at $8,100, does all its explaining in five shots. The guide gives you the priced shot list, the input to send from engineering or medical teams and the short brief for product animation.

Software launches are hard to film because the product lives on a screen. A film that puts the product on familiar devices and moves them like real objects makes an AI agent feel tangible to buyers before the first demo call.

What is a SaaS product launch film?
A SaaS product launch film is a short video, usually under a minute, that introduces a software product or a new feature on launch day. It shows the product in use on real devices, states one promise per scene and ends on the brand, so it can open a website, a launch post, an ad campaign or a keynote.
Why make a concept film for a company that is not a client?
A concept film shows how we would launch a real product, with its own name and its own public claims, instead of a generic demo. It gives founders and marketing teams of SaaS and AI companies a direct sample of our style, pacing and finish before they write a brief. Intercom did not commission this film.
How do you turn a storyboard into a finished film?
The film started as a storyboard of 43 frames in Figma. We kept every frame as a key moment and built the motion between them: words that type on and re-center, devices that rise and turn in 3D, a carousel of channels and a line that carries a conversation from the phone to the laptop.
How do you show an AI product that has no physical form?
We put it on the screens people already know. A phone and a laptop carry real interface screens, a particle sphere stands for the AI itself, and five channel cards show where it answers. Conversations in the film are demo data, so the screens illustrate how the product works rather than real customers.
Can the film be adapted for social media, ads and app stores?
Yes. Every scene is built in code, so the same project renders a vertical cut for social media, a 15-second teaser for ads, a version for an app store preview or a stage screen, and stills in any shape, from a wide hero to a vertical phone frame, without starting over.
Do you make launch films for SaaS and AI companies?
Yes. We make launch films, teasers and explainer videos for SaaS platforms, AI products, mobile apps and fintech, and pair them with 3D product animation when there is hardware to show. Every project starts from your product, your audience and the claims you can stand behind.
