Villa Community Launch Package: the Olive Ridge Concept

Olive Ridge is a concept project we made to show what a developer gets when one team handles the whole launch. We named a fictional villa community on an olive hillside, designed its brand and produced the materials it would sell with: brand book, brochure, investor deck, website, villa selector, sales gallery, stationery, signage, hoarding and billboard.

Client & Market Context

A Concept Launch for a Villa Community

Olive Ridge is not a client project. It is a concept we created to show developers what a real estate development marketing package looks like when one team makes all of it, from the name to the billboard.

One Project, One Look in Every Channel

The main task of a villa community launch is to keep the name, the colours and the homes recognisable wherever a buyer meets them. The concept answers four questions.

Free guide: off-plan buyers decide on 8 images, developers pay for 22

The frames above are the kind an off-plan buyer decides from, and there are fewer of them than most orders assume. In our priced composite, a developer paid $22,600 for twenty-two images, a film and panoramas, and still missed two of the eight that sell. The guide gives you the eight-image real estate rendering set, staged from launch to construction, and the one-page brief to send instead.

Is Olive Ridge a real development?
No. Olive Ridge is a concept project. The name, the site, the villas and the developer are fictional. We made it to show in one place what a full launch package looks like when the brand and every sales material come from one team.
What does a launch package for a villa community include?
Usually the name and the brand identity, a brand book, a brochure with floor plans, an investor deck, the project website with a villa selector, the content and design of the sales gallery, entrance signage, construction hoarding, billboards and social media posts. This concept shows most of them for one project.
Why make the brand and the materials in one team?
When the name, the logo and the colours are designed together with the brochure, the website and the hoarding, every piece looks like the same project. The developer reviews one plan with one team instead of matching the work of several suppliers.
Can you name a development and design its brand?
Yes. We propose names, design the logo, the colours and the typography, and collect them in a brand book that the brochure, the website, the sales gallery and the campaign follow. Trademark clearance stays with the developer’s lawyer.
Do you also produce the renders for the materials?
Yes. Renders of the homes, the streets and the aerial view of the community are what the brochure, the website, the hoarding and the billboard show. For the CGI side of a project like this, see our housing development rendering page.
Can a developer order only part of the package?
Yes. Many developers start with the piece that is late, such as the renders, the name or the website. Because the next pieces follow the same brand, they can be added later and still look like one launch.
