Briefing & Technical Specification

The process starts with collecting all key project information, including drawings, references, and design intent. This may include office layouts, retail concepts, or large-scale commercial and industrial spaces. A clear technical brief is then prepared, outlining the scope, visual direction, deliverables, and timeline to ensure full alignment from the start.

3D Modeling (Blockout to Detailed Scene)

A base 3D model is created to define layout, proportions, and spatial organization, whether it’s an internal space or an exterior commercial asset. The scene is then developed with architectural elements, equipment, furniture, and context-specific details. This stage builds a solid and accurate foundation for the final visuals.

Camera Setup & Clay Render Approval

Camera angles are selected to highlight key features such as functionality, scale, and flow of the space. Initial lighting is also introduced to define depth and atmosphere. Previews are shared as black-and-white clay renders, allowing focus on composition and structure before moving into detailed development.

Texturing & Material Development

Materials and finishes are applied based on the project type, whether it involves corporate interiors, retail branding, or industrial surfaces. Attention is given to realism, durability cues, and overall visual consistency. This stage helps communicate both the aesthetic and practical qualities of the space.

Rendering & Post-Production

Final images are rendered in high resolution and enhanced in post-production. Adjustments such as color balance, contrast, and atmospheric effects are applied to achieve a polished, professional result. If required, people, vehicles, or operational details are added to better illustrate real-world use and enhance visual storytelling.
