The developer initially commissioned three birds eye rendering views of the residential complex for marketing use. The goal was to show the scale of the site, road access, landscaping, and the relationship between the buildings and the surrounding natural setting.

We began with the original request for three birds eye rendering views, defining which angles would best explain the site for marketing purposes. At the same time, we advised the client that a successful campaign would require additional content beyond overview visuals, especially for buyers comparing residential offers online.

After aligning on strategy, we produced the aerial set alongside exterior and interior images.
