Our client approached us with an existing seaside villa in Spain. The goal was to redesign and reconstruct the property to prepare it for sale. We were provided with photographs, Google Maps data, and panoramic images of the area.
Initially, the client requested only interior renderings, but after reviewing the project and our portfolio, decided to expand the scope to include the exterior of the villa as well.
We began by developing the layout and interior design, in line with the client’s original request. The project went through several minor iterations, after which we achieved a clean, contemporary interior aesthetic. Once the interior phase was completed, we moved on to the exterior visuals. The task was to create both daytime and nighttime renders, showcasing the villa in the most appealing way for potential buyers.
To achieve realism, we initially planned to integrate the villa into real photographs of the location. However, we later decided to rebuild the entire environment from scratch, as this approach allowed for more control over composition and lighting. We held detailed discussions with the client to determine the villa’s exact scale and proximity to the sea, ensuring an accurate sense of space and realism.
Submit your request below and our Business Development manager will contact you to conduct a short project audit.
We’ll review your social media presence and competitors, analyze your preliminary materials, and provide practical recommendations — including which visuals and directions to focus on in your upcoming project.
We adapt each scene to its natural environment — time of day, season, and climate — capturing how design interacts with real conditions.
We know how to work with different lighting and atmospheric scenarios — morning, evening, winter, summer, tropical — to reveal how the object resonates with its surroundings.

A major U.S. developer specialising in shopping centres and commercial office buildings approached us with an ambitious project: the construction of a 60+-storey skyscraper.
The client provided site specifications, engineering reports, and an initial concept for the tower’s height and massing. Our task was to develop the architectural design of the building, prepare BIM drawings, and create a series of visualisations for an investor presentation.
We began with a detailed review of all available documentation and site conditions, followed by the development of both exterior and preliminary interior design concepts. This ensured that the visual direction aligned with the technical requirements for later BIM work.
A team of seven architects and designers worked on the project, developing the exterior concept and initial interior layouts. The design went through several revision cycles before reaching its final approval stage.
Once the architectural concept and BIM drawings were confirmed, we moved on to producing 3D visualisations.
We developed photorealistic exterior renders showing:
– daytime, sunset and night-time views
– multiple façade variations with different glass tones
– full context integration with neighbouring high-rise buildings
– street-level activation and public space planning
After the client selected the final concept, we created additional visuals demonstrating traffic circulation, pedestrian access, and the tower’s overall impact on the city skyline.
